Crash Champions organization is in a rapid expansion period and is looking to put together the strongest Business Development team in the automotive industry. The National Account Manager will act as single point of contact for their assigned account(s). You will be responsible for building strong relationships, providing solutions, and growing revenue with their accounts. This role is required to not only manage accounts but to also cultivate new business and relationships. The National Account Manager must be a hands-on, sleeves-up, team player that has a history of top performance. You must be an individual with a sense of urgency, a strong work ethic and one who is self-motivated and self-reliant.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Crash Champions’ largest insurance partners while working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate strong relationships across the two organizations.
  • Personally manage a portfolio of key and strategic customer relationships and build robust networks between the client organization and multiple stakeholders within Crash Champions to ensure ongoing customer intimacy and loyalty to the organization.
  • Manage organizational results by analyzing customer and market trends, key metric reporting, monitoring financial results, adjusting plans as necessary, and optimizing resources to drive performance for the client.
  • Present weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to clients and operations to lead to impactful action and establish themselves as a trusted advisor to the client and company alike.
  • Coordinate and attend regular on-site client meetings to support operations and foster strong client relationships at the local/regional and executive level.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Related Field preferred but not required.
  • Proven working experience in collision repair or other related filed, estimation/technical knowledge preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, upbeat positive attitude, strong work ethic, organized & motivated self-starter. Candidates must be outgoing/personable, relatable and can build strong lasting relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to collect, track, analyze and present data to key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Smartsheet, and CCCOne/Mitchell.
  • Must be able to travel up to 60%
