Global Japanese automotive supplier specializing in wiring harness solutions, expanding operations into the United States.


Company Profile

International Company is expanding into the U.S. market and seeking its first U.S.-based Automotive Program Manager. This role will focus on managing automotive customer relationships, supporting project execution, and ensuring quality and risk standards are met. This is a Hybrid remote position with frequent domestic and international travel.

Automotive Program Support Manager Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $50.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00am)

Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with automotive clients Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs. Travel domestically and internationally as required. Travel territory includes Fort Wayne, Detroit, and Broader Indiana region.

Support execution of wiring harness manufacturing from customer specifications, Ensure quality standards and timelines are met. Identify and manage risk across projects and accounts. Collaborate with global teams to support operations. Assist with sales or business development opportunities.


Automotive Program Support Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience with risk management and quality management Knowledge of wiring harness
  • manufacturing and interpreting customer plans
  • Kaizen / continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently
  • Sales experience or interest in business development
  • Japanese language skills (a strong plus) Experience working with international teams
