The Legal and Global Security Operations (LGS) team is seeking a Business & Technology Systems Analyst
to manage the legal matter management and billing solution.
This role will be the primary interface between the Spend Operations group and the LGS practice areas in the matter management and billing domain. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the analysis, design, and delivery of solutions that support legal operations at scale.

You will bring structure and clarity to complex programs, lead change management efforts, and help ensure our matter management and eBilling systems are optimized to meet the evolving needs of the organization. This is a high-impact role where your analytical rigor, communication skills, and ability to manage ambiguity will make a meaningful difference.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholder groups
Proficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, CCMP) is a plus
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Agile/Scrum) is a plus
Familiarity with common AI tools and platforms
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, legal operations, or a related field OR Master's degree in a specialized field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Administration, Law, Computer Science) and 4+ years of relevant experience
Deep, proven Business Analysis and Systems Analysis skills, including strategic planning and project management; experience with developing KPIs and milestones, data visualization technologies, and implementation
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with particular emphasis on data storytelling and driving consensus.
Experience working within a corporate legal department or law firm environment
Hands-on experience with matter management systems and/or eBilling platforms (e.g., TeamConnect, Litify -Salesforce based solution)
Familiarity with legal billing guidelines, outside counsel management, and invoice review processes
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
