This highly visible role will translate leadership priorities into integrated plans, decision-ready executive reviews, and disciplined follow-through across product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, communications, and business operations.

The successful candidate will own critical GTM workstreams for Client products while supporting the operating cadence of the Client BU office, reporting to the Client BU’s Chief of Staff. A key addition is to serve as an AI-native change agent, modernizing how work gets done through the practical application of AI, automation, and next-generation productivity technologies. The role requires strong business judgment, executive presence, attention to detail, and the ability to influence across a fast-moving, globally distributed organization without direct authority.

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate is a proactive, AI-native program leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution. The candidate creates structure from ambiguity, anticipates needs, communicates crisply, and builds trusted partnerships across technical and business teams. The candidate has demonstrated experience applying AI to existing workflows, identifying opportunities to improve how teams work, and driving solutions from initial concept and pilot through production deployment, adoption, and measurable business impact. The candidate is able to apply their leadership to any problem statement, complex workstream, or project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end program management for Client product go-to-market activities, translating strategy into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, readiness criteria, executive checkpoints, and accountable execution.
  • Partner across product management, engineering, product marketing, sales, communications, finance, and regional teams to align launch strategy, content, customer engagement, and execution plans.
  • Establish and drive a rigorous GTM operating rhythm, including working-team reviews, leadership checkpoints, decision logs, risk management, metrics, and action-item closure.
  • Prepare concise, decision-ready executive materials that synthesize program status, market and customer context, key tradeoffs, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Support the Client BU office across critical business rhythms, leadership forums, town halls, offsites, partner engagements, and major industry events, ensuring strong preparation, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through.
  • Champion AI-driven business transformation by identifying high-friction workflows, defining future-state processes, building business cases, and driving solutions from concept and pilot through production deployment and adoption.
  • Apply AI, automation, and agentic workflows to improve GTM planning, executive communications, operational reporting, decision-making, and cross-functional execution, with clear success metrics and measurable business impact.
  • Develop scalable processes, templates, dashboards, and operating mechanisms that improve visibility, reduce friction, surface risks early, and strengthen accountability across the Client organization.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in program management, product operations, go-to-market, business operations, chief of staff, or a related role in a technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution and delivering against high-visibility product or business milestones.
  • Experience supporting product launches or GTM motions across product, engineering, marketing, sales, communications, and customer-facing teams.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to create concise presentations, status updates, decision documents, and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, create structure from ambiguity, drive accountability, and build alignment across globally distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI to real-world business workflows and delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, speed, cost, or decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience identifying AI opportunities and designing, piloting, productionizing, and scaling AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, copilots, agents, or knowledge-management systems, with sound judgment on governance, data sensitivity, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; semiconductor, PC, computing, or adjacent technology industry experience is preferred.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree and/or PMP certification is a plus.
