Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale healthcare technology programs across multiple teams and initiatives.

In this role, you will manage cross-functional programs involving engineering, product, cloud, security, and implementation teams to deliver healthcare SaaS and digital health solutions. You will ensure programs are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business and healthcare objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end IT and healthcare technology programs.
  • Manage multiple projects across engineering and product teams.
  • Define program scope, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee delivery of healthcare SaaS platforms and features.
  • Coordinate patient portal, clinical, and AI initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth execution of healthcare technology releases.
  • Track program performance and success metrics.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work with engineering, DevOps, product, and security.
