Job description

The opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (remote possible) to lead the delivery of customized 3D digital twin automation solutions, for some of Adobe's largest enterprise customers!

This includes marketing & communications agencies, CPG, Electronics or Automotive companies. Joining the Enterprise Solutions & Delivery team (within the Substance 3D Growth organization), this person will own the end-to-end execution of complex technical engagements - ensuring customers successfully deploy and realize value from our solutions. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, bridging the gap between customers and our product and engineering team.

What you'll do
  • Own the planning, scope, and execution of digital twin implementation engagements across multiple simultaneous customer accounts

  • Define project pace, manage timelines, and track deliverables against project plan or contract - including measuring the return on investment value of what has been delivered.

  • Be the orchestrator between the customer, product, engineering and technical artist team. This includes coordinating what is being built by engineers and/or TA's.

  • Coordinate and lead customer-facing project meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews. Their credibility in doing this relies mainly on their 3D pipeline knowledge, technical skill, and problem-solving mentality.

  • Work closely with solutions architect to translate customer requirements into executable delivery plans, setting the right expectations early-on.

  • Build positive relationships with customer partners and internal teams - including being the voice of the customer to our product team.

  • Identify risks early and drive resolution before they impact delivery

  • Participate in the hand-off from pre-sales to post-sales for a smooth transition, maintaining a positive relationship with the Adobe sales team.

What you need to succeed
  • 5+ years of work experience involving technical project management in a software development context or technical professional services, involving API's.

  • A software engineering background - you have written production code and can hold your own in technical conversations with engineers.

  • Demonstrated delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects successfully - able to turn ambiguous customer needs into bounded, executable work.

  • Strong knowledge of the 3D production pipeline in an enterprise context and architecture, including hands-on experience with 3D data.

  • A pro-active, customer focused, problem solving perspective

  • Strong project management fundamentals

  • Comfortable in your ability to present to customers, develop relationships and manage expectations.

  • Team-player state of mind - we are a globally distributed, multicultural bunch who want to succeed together!
