The Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong experience leading large-scale infrastructure and capacity management initiatives across complex technical environments.
This role requires someone who can confidently partner with senior client stakeholders, drive operational excellence, improve capacity planning processes, and lead cross-functional technical programs from strategy through execution.
This is not a generic project management role. The strongest candidates have experience owning production systems, managing technical capacity planning, driving process improvements, and influencing both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver measurable operational outcomes.
