Remote Technical Project Manager (CCTV & Networking) – Support Tech, LLC

Support Tech, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Remote Technical Project Manager with hands-on expertise in CCTV systems, network architecture, and project management tools. In this role, you will lead CCTV system deployments from initial design and quoting through to final execution and support.

This is a 100% remote position open to global candidates who possess native-level English fluency (written and spoken) and a dedicated remote workspace.

Core Responsibilities
  • System Design & Layouts: Create precise CCTV layout designs, camera placements, coverage maps, and system schematics tailored to client requirements.

  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee deployment lifecycles, manage project timelines, allocate resources, and keep stakeholders updated using modern project management software.

  • Technical & Network Integration: Leverage technical networking knowledge (IP addresses, subnets, switches, routers, NVR/DVR configurations) to ensure reliable system deployment and troubleshooting.

  • Quoting & Estimation: Utilize internal quoting tools to generate accurate cost estimates, scope-of-work documents, and hardware bills of materials (BOM).

  • Communication & Support: Conduct clear phone/video interactions via Dialpad and maintain prompt, direct written communications with clients, technicians, and vendor partners.

Candidate Requirements
Technical & Professional Experience
  • Proven experience managing the full lifecycle deployment of physical security and CCTV systems.

  • Practical knowledge of network architecture (LAN/WAN, IP routing, PoE switching, port forwarding, bandwidth/storage calculation).

  • Demonstrated capability in designing CCTV system layouts and selecting appropriate camera/hardware configurations.

  • Hands-on familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com) and digital quoting/estimating tools.

  • Proficiency using Dialpad (or similar VoIP communication suites) for daily call handling and team collaboration.

Soft Skills & Environment
  • Flawless English Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are non-negotiable for client-facing and technical documentation work.
