Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results driven individual to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Janus Core product portfolio to drive business growth. A successful Director of Product Management will align product initiatives with company goals, ensure successful product delivery, and build and lead a high-performing product management team.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the overall product strategy in alignment with company vision and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement standardized product development processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Establish and manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for product performance and regularly analyze data to drive decisions.
  • Prioritize product initiatives and manage trade-offs between scope, resources, and time-to-market.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer and foster a customer-centric product culture.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Build a high-performing team of product managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing successful products at scale.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
