SR. SKINCARE SPECIALIST

Reports to: Retail Brand Director & Store Leadership
Compensation: Starting $18, up to $20 hour + uncapped commission + 100% of tips + skincare performance bonuses

As a Sr. Skincare Specialist, you are the in-store authority on skincare and a key driver of business growth. You lead by example on the sales floor, elevate client experiences through education and personalized recommendations, and are directly responsible for driving the store to achieve 10%+ skincare penetration.

Drive Skincare Revenue & Performance

  • Own and drive the store’s skincare business, achieving and exceeding the 10%+ penetration goal
  • Lead from the floor by modeling expert skincare consultations and advanced selling techniques
