Join a fast-growing beauty and skincare organization focused on developing thoughtful, high-performance products for an engaged consumer community. We are seeking a highly creative, organized product innovation leader who excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The Manager of Product Innovation will help lead the development of new skincare products from early concept through launch and ongoing optimization. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to bring compelling formulas, packaging, claims, and product experiences to market on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead market, competitive, scientific, and industry research to inform product development strategy and innovation opportunities.
• Manage product development initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
• Develop and manage product and packaging briefs, including product copy, artwork feedback, formula direction, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support seamless product development, commercialization, and launch readiness.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product dossiers covering formulas, ingredients, usage, benefits, product claims, and supporting documentation.
• Provide timely product information and recommendations to internal teams to enable informed decisions and effective collaboration.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for post-launch improvements and optimizations.
