Job description

Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Product Development Specialist to support and execute the full product lifecycle from concept to launch across skincare and color cosmetics.
This is a practical execution-focused role for someone who can manage day-to-day product development processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, and ensure products move efficiently from idea to market.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented operator who understands beauty product development, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable handling real execution - including formula samples, packaging updates, timelines, testing coordination, launch preparation, and post-launch follow-up.
This is not a strategy-only role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable owning real tasks, solving practical issues quickly, and driving products from development to shelf.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Operations, and Demand Planning teams
  • Ensure packaging, claims, and launch timing align with go-to-market needs
  • Help bridge communication between product, design, and operations teams
  • Support product presentations, launch kits, and retailer/customer requests
5. Market & Product Research Support
  • Monitor beauty trends, competitor launches, ingredients, and packaging ideas
  • Support concept development through product benchmarking and trend research
