IBG North America specializes in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging in the beauty industry. Together, we are concept builders and boosters with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands.
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Developer/Project Coordinator to join our dynamic beauty team. This role will play a key part in supporting the execution of product development initiatives in the cosmetic packaging and manufacturing sector. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on track, samples are managed efficiently, and timelines are met.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Drive Project Coordination & Timelines
  • Support end-to-end management of product development timelines - from concept briefing through production and delivery.
  • Coordinate project milestones across cross-functional teams and ensure all stakeholders stay aligned.
  • Maintain internal tracking tools to monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.

Manage Vendor & Client Communications
  • Work closely with suppliers to obtain technical specifications, artwork components, lead times, and production details.
  • Prepare and maintain cost quotes, price proposals, and vendor documentation.
  • Communicate project updates to clients, confirm development details, and support alignment on next steps.

Support Operational Execution
  • Track sample orders, purchase orders, and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting to internal and client teams.
  • Help prepare product presentations, development documents, and supporting materials for internal reviews and client meetings.
  • Assist with issue resolution by coordinating feedback and input from suppliers, operations, and internal departments.

ABOUT YOU:
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years' experience in Product Development/Sourcing
  • Project planning experience and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the cosmetics and/or beauty industry is an asset
  • Previous experience working with international factories and vendors
  • Working knowledge of Wrike, and Netsuite is an asset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration.
