The salary range for this position is $108,300-$135,500. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office - Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote. *Candidates located in the Los Angeles and New York City areas may be considered for a remote role.*

Role Overview
The Manager, Social Media executes the social media strategy for Fenty Beauty in North America, with a focus on content creation and community management across TikTok and Pinterest. This role is responsible for bringing the brand to life through engaging, platform-native content and driving day-to-day interaction with the community.
Content Creation & Execution
  • Execute the social media strategy across TikTok and Pinterest
  • Develop and produce high-quality, platform-native content (TikTok-first, short-form video)
  • Lead UGC campaigns execution
  • Concept, shoot, and edit self-produced content (lo-fi, reactive, trend-driven)
  • Adapt global assets into locally relevant content for North America
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, priorities, and launches

Editorial Calendar & Publishing
  • Execute the editorial calendar and posting cadence defined by leadership
  • Ensure timely and accurate content publishing across platforms
  • Support campaign and launch rollouts through consistent social execution
  • Maintain strong coordination with cross-functional teams on key moments

Community Management & Engagement
  • Own day-to-day community management across TikTok and Pinterest
  • Engage with consumers and creators on their own channels (comments, replies, interactions)
  • Actively participate in conversations to increase brand visibility and relevance
  • Ensure a consistent, authentic, and on-brand voice

Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Track core social performance metrics (engagement, reach, video views)
  • Identify top-performing content and replicate winning formats
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to improve content effectiveness
  • Support amplification by flagging high-performing content to Media/Influence teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with 360 Marketing, Influence, and Creative teams to support campaigns
  • Ensure social execution is aligned with 360 marketing priorities
  • Support influencer activations through social amplification and content integration
  • Align with Global teams to ensure consistency while adapting locally

Trend Monitoring & Agility
  • Monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments
  • Quickly react with relevant, timely content
  • Bring forward ideas to keep the brand fresh and culturally connected

Key Skills & Profile
  • 5+ years of experience on Social Media
  • Strong passion for beauty and skincare
  • Highly tuned into social media trends and digital culture
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok and Pinterest ecosystems (formats, algorithms, best practices)
  • Proficient in content creation tools and video editing (native apps + editing software)
  • Highly creative, with a strong eye for engaging and thumb-stopping content
