Director of Product Development


We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on engineering leader to drive innovation, lead product development, and help shape the future of a growing industrial technology organization focused on safety-critical products and advanced sensor-based instrumentation.


This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across the organization and the opportunity to influence product strategy, modernize engineering processes, and lead the development of next-generation technologies.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead product strategy, R&D, and long-term technology roadmaps
  • Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, and sensor development
  • Drive products from concept through commercialization
  • Improve engineering processes, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Operations, Sales, and executive leadership


What We’re Looking For

  • 10–15+ years of engineering, R&D, or product development leadership experience
  • Proven success bringing complex electromechanical or sensor-based products to market
  • Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and managers
  • Background in regulated or safety-critical products preferred
  • Experience with embedded systems, electronics, firmware, and software integration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required
