Our client, a fast-growing skincare brand, is seeking an experienced Head of Product Development to lead product innovation and strengthen its manufacturing strateg

y.This person will oversee skincare development from concept through commercialization, build the brand's innovation pipeline, and develop direct relationships with Korean manufacturers and supplier

s.Key Responsibiliti

  • esLead end-to-end development of skincare products from concept through commercialization, including formulation, packaging, testing, production, and launch readine
  • ssSource, develop, and manage direct relationships with Korean contract manufacturers, formulation labs, packaging suppliers, and other vendo
  • rsNegotiate manufacturing costs, MOQs, payment terms, tooling, and other commercial terms to identify cost-saving opportuniti
