We are seeking a strategic, visionary Director of Product Management to drive the development, delivery, and long-term success of our product portfolio. This leader will shape product strategy, guide high-performing teams, and partner closely with executives to ensure our products meet customer needs, accelerate growth, and advance the company's overall vision. The ideal candidate combines deep customer empathy, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals, market opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Drive creation and socialization of the product vision across internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centric thinking.
  • Establish best-in-class product management processes, frameworks, and metrics to improve execution, alignment, and decision-making.
