Role Summary
We're hiring a Director of Product to help drive innovation, scale execution, and support the roadmap of our growing ICHRA platform. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work across product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to lead key product initiatives from strategy to execution. You will also manage a team and invest time in creating a strong product culture within the product team and across the organization.
This is a high-impact role ideal for a strong product leader ready to take ownership of major product areas in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Roadmap leadership: partner with the Head of Product to build the product roadmap and lead prioritization discussions, driving cross-functional alignment across the business
  • Strategy: demonstrate strategic thinking across a myriad of product domains, creating innovative solutions that support near- and long-term business goals.
  • Execution: Drive execution and end-to-end delivery of key product lines or initiatives, from ideation through launch and iteration. Support go-to-market activities and collaborate with marketing to elevate product marketing capabilities.
  • Customer focus: cultivate a customer- and client-centric team culture, seamlessly embedding the voice of the customer into product rhythms.
  • Measurement: collaboratively build OKRs and metrics to rigorously measure and track product performance and alignment with key business goals.
  • Collaboration: build healthy, strong and constructive relationships across engineering, product, design and cross-functional partners
  • Team leadership: manage and mentor product managers and other key tech leads, molding team product culture and encouraging a growth mindset.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including experience leading high impact cross-functional efforts
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
  • Data-driven, analytic approach to solving complex problems.
  • Comfort engaging with external clients and users.
  • Deep involvement in building and leading business product roadmaps.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, deploying user research, product analytics, and iterative testing to build high impact products.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across all levels through strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ICHRA, health insurance and/or health benefits is a plus, but not required.
