Job description


Responsible for designing and implenting DSP algorithms in software.Develop algorithms to focus on high throughput "analysis" of signals, with the emphasis on low signal to noise ratio, and/or adaptive modulations. Conduct necessary modifications to existing software and/or firmware to adapt COTS/GOTS products to meet requirements.Provide concise explanation of developed models to allow team members to understand/utilize models or algorithms for processing signals of interest.
Requirements
Ten (10) years experience in Linux systems operation or administration.Six (6) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.Five (5) years experience using and implementing SIGINT technologies. Five (5) years experience integrating, testing, and deploying software. Three (3) years experience in scripting experience in BASH, Perl, or similar languages. Two (2) years experience using JIRA or similar project management system for task tracking & documentation.
Also, must have one of the following:
A) Min. 5 yrs. signals analysis/development/discovery in UHF, VHF, HF, Microwave, FORNSAT;
B) Min. 5 yrs. processing binary sensor data;
C) Min. 5 yr field engineering SIGINT;
D) Min. 5 yr software development.
1) Recent experience (within last 3 years) with Kubernetes, Cluster Orchestration and Containerization.2) Min. 7 years' experience with C++ and Linux3) Min. 4 years' experience as DSP Algorithm Developer.4) Experience using JIRA for task tracking & documentation.5) Ability to restore equipment to full operational capabilities.6) Integrate, test & optimize systems within enterprise infrastructures, services & databases.7) Develop technical documentation & providing technical assistance to Govt. engineers in creation, updating & management of system product line standards and databases.
