Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Line Marketer within the Analog Power and Interface Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in linear drop out (LDO) regulator semiconductors and a proven track record of successful product line management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills who can drive product strategy and execution for our broad power and interface IC portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for your product line, driving innovation and business growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and customers to ensure our interface products meet market needs and deliver differentiated value. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with a passion for power technology and a proven track record in product line management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and LDO Product Strategy:Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps to drive revenue growth in LDO product lines. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product innovation and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams:Work closely with applications and architecture teams to define product requirements and specifications that meet customer needs and market demands. Ensure alignment between product development and market expectations.
  • Engage with Customers:Build strong relationships with key customers to gather feedback, identify requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and engage NPI beta clients, coordinate sampling, and collect actionable feedback to inform product development.
  • Develop Go-to-Market Plans:Create comprehensive go-to-market plans, including product positioning, value-based pricing, messaging, and launch strategies. Partner with sales teams to promote the product line, gather market intelligence, and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor Market Trends:Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Plan Strategically:Forecast revenue and wafer starts, and manage product revenue and margins to achieve financial targets and support business growth.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle:Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including pricing strategies, margin analysis, and inventory management. Ensure the product line remains competitive and profitable throughout its lifecycle.
  • Represent the Product Line:Attend industry events, customer meetings, and internal reviews to advocate for the product line and gather market intelligence.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Deep technical expertise in LDO products, architectures, and applications, with the ability to translate market and customer requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20%).
