Position Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving topline growth & profitability for the Straumann brand in North America, including the development and execution of product marketing strategies and new product launches that align with revenue growth targets.


Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Leads product strategy and defines the roadmap for Straumann in North America.
Translates customer feedback into product development needs and communicates these to senior management and global headquarters. Develops business cases and strategic plans for product improvements that will drive market penetration and increase market share.
Develops product launch strategies and leads the cross-functional team to plan, implement and track launch activities.
Manage vendor relationships for all 3rd party products and services and be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitors key financial metrics (revenue, ASP, etc.) to ensure product profitability.
Conducts customer interviews and surveys and analyzes competitive intelligence to identify new product and market development opportunities, as well as competitive threats.
Develops a deep understanding of customer workflows and identifies friction points.
Provides accurate product forecasts and monitors inventory levels to ensure supply availability. Tracks sales performance and identifies corrective actions if sales are short of planned targets.
Provides product training and develops sales enablement tools (playbooks, demo's, etc.) to support effective selling.
Creates product positioning and messaging for various customer segments.
Collaborates with marketing to create compelling campaigns that highlight product value propositions.
Also leads other strategic and operational projects and programs as per business need.
Closely interacts and collaborates with sales, marketing, education, training, regulatory, customer service, logistics, global headquarters and other functions to implement strategies and tactics to drive revenue and profit growth.
Serves as the point of reference providing first level support for queries related to the Straumann portfolio.
Supports Marketing Leadership with the development of the annual marketing plan.
Up to 20% travel
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in product management or brand management

Medical devices / biosciences / dental industry experience

Salary: $105,000- $125,000Annually + variable 10% bonus The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.
