Job description

Job Summary: A leader who partners with the practice providers, leadership team, and various departments to create practice operations that drive growth, progress, and achieve goals. Responsible for the following: financial performance, revenue cycle management, employee recruitment and retention, patient experience, employee and provider engagement, service recovery, quality of care, care coordination, EMR and Practice Management fluency, and working in a safe and Highly Reliable Organization (HRO) with a focus on patient, employee, and provider safety. The leader will work on system initiatives and help the organization achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications: Requires one (1) year of experience in a medical practice setting. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Associates Degree in health care management, business, or related field strongly preferred. Relevant certifications (CMPE, FACMPE, or FACHE) are preferred. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are required. Excellent customer service skills required. Excellent computer skills, including an understanding of MS Office Suite, the internet and email required; knowledge of medical terminology is required; medical insurance knowledge required; initiative/problem-solving skills are required. Strong financial, planning and multiple site management skills preferred. EMR and Practice Management system knowledge preferred; must be able to manage and foster a team environment.
