Clinical Account Manager – Medical Device

Pay Range: $45,000-$65,000 Annually, based on experience.

Position Overview

The Clinical Account Manager plays a critical role in supporting and growing our network of healthcare providers. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role responsible for onboarding providers, supporting clinical use, managing ongoing accounts, and driving product adoption and order growth.

This position reports directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provider Onboarding & Training

- Lead onboarding for new providers, ensuring a smooth and confident start

- Educate providers and staff on product usage, protocols, and best practices

- Serve as a clinical resource and trusted partner

Account Management & Growth

- Manage a portfolio of provider accounts

- Maintain regular communication to support engagement and satisfaction

- Identify opportunities to increase utilization and ordering patterns

- Proactively address provider needs and challenges

Consultative Sales

- Guide providers toward optimal product usage based on patient needs

- Support revenue growth through relationship-based selling

- Track and manage account performance and follow-ups

Order & Operational Support

- Assist providers with ordering, logistics, and issue resolution

- Coordinate internally to ensure a seamless provider experience

Webinars & Provider Engagement

- Host and support educational webinars for providers

- Contribute to content development and provider communication strategies

- Help drive attendance and engagement in training initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

- Clinical background (e.g., Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Assistant, PT aide, or similar)

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable in a consultative or sales-oriented role

- Highly organized and proactive

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Preferred:

- Experience in medical device, healthcare sales, or provider support

- Experience working in a chiropractic or rehab setting

- Experience with training, onboarding, or presenting (webinars a big plus)
