Territory Sales Manager – Medical Device

Territory: Metro Detroit

Join a growing medical device company with a highly differentiated product and a collaborative, entrepreneurial sales culture. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to own a territory, work independently, and make a significant impact with a disruptive technology.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business development throughout the Metro Detroit territory.
  • Build relationships with independent physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate physicians and staff on clinical benefits.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to advance opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Work autonomously while partnering with a small, high-performing sales team.

Ideal Background

  • 2+ years of medical device sales experience.
  • Experience calling on physician offices, outpatient clinics, or ASCs.
