Job description

Medical Sales Representative – Urology (Cryotherapy & MRI Fusion Biopsy)

Wasatch Medical Specialties
This is a full-time role for a Surgical Sales Representative at Wasatch Medical Specialties. The ideal candidate will be based within the assigned territory. Travel will be required, including local and overnight travel (~25–50%).
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving adoption and utilization of MRI fusion prostate biopsy platforms and prostate cryoablation solutions, while supporting clinical procedures and building strong partnerships with urology practices, hospitals, and IDNs.
About the Role

Wasatch Medical Specialties is a leading provider of turnkey urology solutions, specializing in mobile prostate cryotherapy services and advanced MRI fusion biopsy technology. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes by bringing innovative, efficient procedural solutions directly to providers.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive growth in biopsy and cryoablation procedures 
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within urology practices, hospitals, and health systems 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, office staff, and clinical stakeholders 
  • Coordinate and drive trial processes, evaluations, and product approvals 
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and clinical education tailored to customer needs 
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM (HubSpot) 
  • Collaborate with clinical specialists and leadership to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support 
 

 

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (urology experience strongly preferred) 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas 
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence clinical stakeholders 
  • Comfortable in a procedural environment (OR and office-based cases) 
  • High level of accountability, work ethic, and integrity 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills 
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing requirements 

Preferred Experience

  • Urology, surgical, or capital equipment sales 
  • Experience with biopsy, imaging, or ablation technologies
  • Familiarity with hospital systems, IDNs, and navigate private practice dynamics 
  • Experience selling or participating in clinical procedures
