Job description

Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a leader to own the Learning Systems & Operations function for our Premium Learning Subscription (PLS) business. This role is responsible for building and running the systems ecosystem that enables high-quality learning experiences across digital, cohort-based, and instructor-led programs.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across platform architecture, systems program management, workforce planning, and LMS operations. You'll set direction, drive execution, and partner with Product and Development, Curriculum and Instructor teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Set the learning systems strategy and roadmap, aligned to business priorities and learner needs
  • Connect architecture, platform tools, workforce systems, and operations into a single, scalable system, with clear ownership, dependencies, risks, and success measures
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team through strong coaching, clear expectations, and intentional development of individual strengths and expertise
  • Establish and maintain clear processes for requirements, launch readiness, testing, and change management
  • Build a systems function that enables clear, confident decision-making at all levels, reducing dependency and improving speed and quality of execution
  • Maintain working knowledge of LMS platforms, entitlements, and system integrations
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Delivery teams to turn business needs into working solutions
  • Identify capability gaps and invest in building the skills, structure, and leadership depth needed to scale the function
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in SaaS, customer education, or learning technology
  • 5+ years of experience in learning systems, enterprise platforms, or technical program leadership
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, leading global, cross-functional or matrixed teams
  • Experience owning or contributing to complex system initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of learning technologies, including learning management systems, access rights, or workflows coordinated across systems
  • Familiarity with workflow or project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make sound decisions
  • Clear, concise communicator with the ability to influence both technical and business collaborators
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe products or ecosystem a plus

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $116,800 -- $232,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $137,700 - $199,350 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $138,200 - $200,150

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
