Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Intern to join our team. This role will focus on creating and curating a strategically designed library of learning content for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and curation of a library of learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and create relevant content that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and employee development needs.
  • Organize and categorize content to ensure easy access and usability for employees.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the content library.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials to promote the use of the learning library among employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in learning and development, instructional design, or content creation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
