Account Executive (Recruiting & Sales Focus)

We are now seeking a full-time Account Executive/Recruiter to join our team and grow with us. This position plays a key role in both sales and recruiting-building strong relationships with clients while sourcing, screening, and placing skilled construction professionals in the field.
Prior recruiting experience is preferred. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience recruiting in construction, skilled trades, light industrial, or related industries, along with the ability to manage a full sales and staffing cycle.

Key Performance Objectives:
  • Build and Foster Strong Business Relationships - Routinely coach and manage Field Employees and deliver a consultative, needs-based selling approach to our Clients.
  • Grow Sales - Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your set territory to manage current Clients as well as develop new business.
  • Commitment to Safety - Conduct safety walkouts with Field Employees and review safety checklists to ensure safety protocols are being upheld.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction - Conduct routine check-ins with Clients and Field Employees to take a pulse on satisfaction/needs, own and troubleshoot issues as they arise to a thorough resolution.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues - Share best practices and facilitate an environment of learning, maintain open communication and transparency with all team members to operate as a well-oiled machine.

Position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
