Temporary Recruiter

Our client is seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to support a short-term hiring initiative. This role will focus on managing full-cycle recruiting efforts to meet immediate staffing needs across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, ATS, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or corporate environment
- Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
Additional Details:
- 1st shift schedule (standard business hours)
- Fully onsite role in Cincinnati, Ohio
- Project length: 60-90 days with potential for extension based on business needs
