Job description

About the Role

Immediate job opening with a well-established independent insurance agency in Charlotte for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager. A hybrid schedule is available. In this role you support the producers with client engagement, daily service, and growth of a book of business through account retention and account rounding. Additional details on the position include:


  • Responsibilities: Manage all service requests from clients for small business/BOP accounts with coverage including commercial GL, property, auto, work comp, etc.
  • Experience: At least three years (3) of commercial property and casualty experience with a focus on policy management and client service related duties.
