About the Role
Own initial outreach, maintain strong CRM discipline and use the standard sales tech stack to execute outreach and log activity, including:

How You Will Make an Impact
Inbound MQL Qualification & First Outreach
  • Own initial outreach for inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to determine whether engagement represents a legitimate sales opportunity.
  • Capture key details about prospect needs, environment, and buying intent; document clean notes to support the Sales handoff.
  • Help generate additional interest across relevant Wealth solutions during initial conversations (positioning adjacent capabilities when appropriate).
  • Handle initial outreach on all MQLs prior to opportunity creation, except "hot leads" routed directly to Sales.

Targeted Re-Nurture / Re-Engagement Campaigns
  • Partner with Sales to identify stale opportunities for focused outreach and re-engagement.
  • Execute targeted campaigns tied to new/available solutions, using defined lead characteristics to build target lists.

Targeted Outbound Prospecting
  • Experienced SDRs will be able to run outbound outreach to net-new or not-yet-MQL leads to create SDR-sourced opportunities.
  • Build campaign motions across email/phone/LinkedIn using repeatable cadences and strong personalization.

Required Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in a customer-facing or sales environment (inside sales, SDR/BDR, client services, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication - comfortable speaking with professionals in financial services.
  • Comfort with structured outreach and follow-up cadence; ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
  • Ability to manage activity and outcomes in Salesforce (or another CRM) with strong attention to detail.

What Sets You Apart (preferred qualifications)
  • Exposure to wealth management / RIA / asset management
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement/cadence tools, Highspot, or contact databases
  • Experience with Black Diamond Wealth Solutions products or competing solutions
