Job description

As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our building and grounds in great shape. From fixing small repairs to helping with preventative maintenance, your work will directly contribute to the safety, comfort, and happiness of our residents.
Maintenance Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with routine maintenance of the community, including resident apartments, common areas, and grounds.
• Complete work orders for repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Support preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and systems.
• Help maintain cleanliness and safety standards in mechanical, storage, and utility areas.
• Assist with community projects, furniture moves, and event setups as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and promptly report any hazards
• Interact with residents and staff in a friendly, respectful manner
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications and Skills:
