Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our hotel property maintenance team. This role is essential to ensuring all hotel facilities are safe, operational, and guest-ready. If you have experience with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems and enjoy problem-solving in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests
  • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations
  • Maintain property including outside grounds, making necessary repairs and preventative maintenance tasks

REQUIREMENTS
  • Technical certification or equivalent experience, knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems,
  • Strong communication skills & Availability for on-call shifts
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Requires ability to receive written and verbal direction.
  • Ability to be availability for emergency repairs
