Maintenance Assistant Requirements:

  • Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance
  • Understanding of building and fire safety regulations
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

  • Maintain and repair service equipment, power tools, and kitchen equipment
  • Keep preventative maintenance records and utilize a work order tracking system
  • Conduct daily inspections of the building, grounds, and equipment
  • Identify and resolve potential safety hazards to protect residents, visitors, and staff
