Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a determined Licensing Compliance Coordinator who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.
The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Licensing Department and Licensing Manager with day-to-day operations including licensing research, special projects, gathering data for audits, and other tasks as needed. Must be skilled in multi-tasking and proactively communicating within the department and externally. This is a hybrid position open to candidates within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain in-office signatures on licensing applications 
  • Schedule exams for qualifiers and order books 
  • Research licensing requirements and create processes 
  • Scan & Save licensing applications to Digital Files 
  • Mail applications to regulating Jurisdictions 
  • Update internal Licensing Database with status of applications 
  • Follow up with Jurisdictions on the status of submitted licensing applications 
  • Mail Sorting (1-2 times per week in office) 
  • Assist with licensing for the Direct business channel 
  • Coordinate with our virtual offices 
  • Post business licenses on wall in corporate office  
  • Request Bonds and Certificates of Insurance  
  • Keep Officer list up to date  
  • Update licensing and send to marketing and HR for letterhead and licensing webpage updates  
  • Assist with documentation of department and company licensing policies 
  • Filing and other administrative tasks 
  • Serve as backup for fingerprinting processes 
  • Serve as notary (can be obtained after hire)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required 
  • Must be organized and have excellent communication skills 
  • Bilingual is a plus 
  • Administrative experience 
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office 
  • Proactive communication skills
