Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - Clean desk

Willingness to work overtime or Saturdays when needed

Pay: $15.00/hour, which may be below your states minimum wage.  Please take this into consideration when applying. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mailroom Sorter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sorting incoming mail, preparing documents for scanning, and supporting overall mailroom operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorting incoming mail, documents, files, and archives by type
  • Opening mail and removing staples, envelopes, and paper clips
  • Preparing documents for scanning and digital processing
  • Operating mailroom equipment such as scanners, mail openers, copiers, and printers
  • Performing quality checks on scanned documents and sorted mail
  • Delivering and collecting mail internally
  • Organizing outgoing packages and shipments

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
  • Must be highly organized and dependable individual with strong attention to detail

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600 - $33,250.
