Job Summary
- Operate high-volume duplicating, document imaging, and mail management equipment and related software
- Perform copying, binding, finishing, and quality control tasks for print jobs
- Use MS Office, email, PC file management, and document management systems
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on copier and office equipment
- Sort, distribute, ship, and receive mail, faxes, and office supplies
- Maintain records, logs, inventories, and prepare management reports
- Calculate charges for completed jobs and maintain billing logs
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate service calls
- Deliver completed print jobs to designated locations
- Set up meeting and conference rooms; assist with building occupant moves
- Perform light maintenance (e.g., re-lamping), basic cleaning, and housekeeping as needed
- Use various office and bindery equipment (e.g., shrink-wrap, paper cutter, stapler, postage meter)
- File, archive, and purge documents as required
- Maintain organization and stocking of copier areas
- May require travel between buildings and overtime, including nights/weekends
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good organizational and PC skills
- Perform other duties as assigned by Site Manager or Supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of related experience preferred
- Valid driverโs license and auto insurance may be required
- Strong customer service, organizational, and PC skills
- Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
- Physically able to stand, walk, lift (up to 55 lbs.), and move equipment as needed
- Ability to interpret and apply instructions, work independently, and handle multiple tasks
