Position OverviewThe role of Mail Rep I will entail overseeing all mailroom operations, including collection, sorting, distributing, and shipping at the corporate office.Job Description

Description

  • Lead the coordination of mail collection, sorting, and distribution for the designated set of facilities. Receive and send mail via USPS, UPS and Fedex, requires certification in UPS Worldwide software. Sort the incoming mail from the stores and distribute it to the relevant departments. Organize incoming mail from various departments within the company and distribute it accordingly.
  • Lead operation of postage machines.
  • Manage and order all office supplies.
  • Assess mail procedures ongoing for efficiencies; communicate and implement changes as necessary. Ensure mail processes are documented and adhered to.
