TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Mail Clerk to support government operations and high-volume administrative and document handling workflows.
This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the designated duty location.
The Mail Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the Government's ongoing mission by ensuring the accurate handling, routing, and processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time-sensitive materials in a fast-paced environment.
This position supports a Government office responsible for program and project management operations. The Mail Clerk contributes to workflows that ensure timely communication, proper documentation handling, and administrative efficiency across teams.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including labeling, packaging, and coordinating shipments.
  • Maintain logs and tracking systems for incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of physical and electronic documents.
  • Assist with scanning, copying, and digitizing large volumes of documents.
  • Support administrative functions such as document preparation, data entry, and records management.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure timely routing of sensitive or priority communications.
  • Maintain document control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
