Role Description The Mail Clerk is a full-time, hybrid role based in Denver, CO, with some work-from-home flexibility for designated tasks. This position is responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages, as well as preparing and dispatching outgoing mail for residents, staff, and departments. The Mail Clerk will maintain accurate records of deliveries, forwarding, and returns, and ensure timely routing of critical documents. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to mail-related inquiries, coordinating with delivery services, and providing courteous support to residents and team members. The role may also involve basic data entry, updating tracking systems, and following organizational policies to protect privacy and ensure secure handling of all materials.
