Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Mail Coordinator!

The Mail Coordinator is responsible for the timely scanning and distribution of documents such as license & title renewals, license & title registrations and citations mail. Other responsibilities include assisting the accounts payable teams by printing, sorting, and mailing checks to vendors This position works in a high-volume, mail processing environment to support the efforts of transitioning the Fleet Operations organization to a paperless environment.

This position offers a starting compensation of $16.35 per hour USD. Pay will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business or organizational needs. This position is full time and requires normal business working hours of Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m CST.

Responsibilities
  • Open and review all mail correspondence; prepare documents for scanning & distribution
  • Scan documents, such as citations, insurance, and tax documents received via mail; ensure that scanned documents are sent to the appropriate EFM Groups and/or customers for filing
  • Sort and distribute incoming checks to the proper locations
  • Process and package renewals to send out to clients
  • Perform back-end accounts payable work; run and print checks; mail payments to vendors
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting  
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality  
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned  
Qualifications
  • Must live in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area
  • Must have six months administrative experience
  • Must have six months customer service experience
  • Ability to lift / push up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand on feet up to 6 hours daily
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
