Job description

Summary
Work with MSR valuation partners (Situs and Prestwick) to establish MSR grids for use in pricing both Whole Loan and co-issue (flow MSR) executions. Establish and maintain a co-issue tiered pricing structure. Harvest and analyze the LSEG Advanced Mortgage Analytics data to determine target sellers. Create MSR and Co-issue reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Own MSR valuations - working with MSR valuations firms to establish competitive MSRs/SRPs
  • Administer the SMP, CIX, CRX, PIIT and co-issue direct pricing grids in corresponding GSE systems.
  • Manage the customer price tiering within the various co-issue executions
  • Create co-issue reporting
  • Mine the LSEG AMA data

Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
  • Understanding of mortgage pricing, product eligibility, and investor guidelines..
  • Keenly aware of timing to fulfill required deadlines.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet software
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
