Member Service Representative II

We are looking for a highly motivated individual interested in joining one of the most innovative Maine-based financial institutions. You will have the chance to empower members to better manage their personal finances and help them reach their lifelong financial goals.

Function and Responsibilities

Building relationships with our members, and offering first-class service is a top priority at Town & Country FCU. The Member Service Representative II strives to deepen member relationships by creating an open collaborative environment, to explain services to potential consumer and business account members, to generate additional business, and to promote positive public relations.

Member Service Representative II conducts loan interviews, reviews and evaluates information on loan documents to determine loan conditions meet credit union and regulatory standards, and conducts loan closings and cross sells additional products and services. They assist members with opening new accounts as well as miscellaneous service requests.

Experience & Education
One to three years of similar or related work experience. High school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills

Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
