In this position the Teller position, warmly welcome (greet) our members to our credit union. The primary focus of this position is to promote and cross-sell our financial products and services while serving the needs of our members by efficiently, professionally and accurately processing their transactions with the main objective of being able to establish a long term relationship with them. The MSR needs to be proactive in identifying members' financial needs in order to assist and offer our products and services to them. The MSR must maintain corporate professional standard levels while interacting with our members; provide them with a high degree of accurate services in accordance with our credit union policies and procedures; must be willing to work with co-workers in a team spirit environment.

Requirements

Quality, accuracy of all member transactions, accuracy of cash handling, reliability, friendliness, thoroughness, and timeliness of services provided to members; adherence Member Service Representative (MSR) 3 to credit union regulations; ability to earn the trust and respect of members, employees and co-workers; effectively communicates and develops good working relationships with co-workers; professional workplace appearance and conduct; keeps Credit Union, member, and employee information confidential; participates in training and appropriate professional development; reliability in reporting to work regularly and on time; understands and adheres to Credit Union policies and procedures; informs members and potential members of additional Credit Union services through cross-selling.
