As a Member Service Representative II, you will process a variety of financial transactions-including opening new memberships, handling deposits and withdrawals, posting loan payments, and responding to account inquiries-while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and support members' financial needs.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver exceptional member service aligned with Advancial's values, maintaining high satisfaction scores, and consistent positive feedback.
  • ย Acquire new members and deepens existing relationships through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve members' financial health.
  • ย Meet established goals for product penetration and monthly sales performance.
  • ย Process transactions accurately and efficiently-both in branch and by phone-while resolving member issues through strong product and procedural knowledge.
  • ย Mitigate risk by following all policies and procedures with sound judgment, and complete daily branch operations including correcting account or transaction errors.
  • ย Support branch needs, including Saturday shifts and opening/closing duties.
  • Cultivate a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization-fostering strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners. Champion a caring and inclusive environment for both employees and members, aligned with the Credit Union's mission and values.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; with three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer equipment and software required including Microsoft Office Suite.ย 
  • An understanding of state and federal laws.
  • Must be serviceoriented, selfmotivated, and able to manage a variety of tasks effectively

This role is onsite at our Mesquite Branch Monday-Friday and includes a requirement of at least two Saturdays per month.

Compensation is $18-22 per hour, commensurate with experience and educational background.
