High Rise Capital is a dynamic merchant cash advance company looking for an ambitious MCA ISO Relationship Manager to develop and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and brokers. This role is integral to our growth strategy, and we are focused on bringing on someone who can effectively communicate, negotiate, and foster partnerships that lead to successful funding outcomes.

As an MCA ISO Relationship Manager, you will be the face of High Rise Capital to our ISO partners. You will proactively seek out new relationships while also nurturing existing accounts to maximize opportunities for both parties. Your ability to identify, onboard, and manage ISOs will be key to driving our sales initiatives and expanding our brand presence in the market.

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing ISOs and brokers
  • Actively identify and onboard new ISO partners to expand our network
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to ISOs regarding product offerings and process improvements
  • Instill confidence in ISOs by being knowledgeable about our funding solutions and guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address ISO inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Analyze partnership performance, sales trends, and client feedback to enhance strategic direction
  • Develop training materials and sessions for ISOs to ensure they understand our products and services
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to expand relationships and promote High Rise Capital
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development, especially in the finance or MCA space
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Customer-focused with a dedication to client satisfaction
