We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Air Logistics Sales Representative to lead growth initiatives within our Airfreight Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding key client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and delivering tailored transportation solutions that support long-term customer success.
You will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy, managing a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating across internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong industry expertise and a passion for building high-value partnerships.
How you create impact
  • Develop and expand strategic airfreight customer accounts to build long-term partnerships and sustainable growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market footprint and solution offerings
  • Create and execute customer-specific strategic plans aligned with annual sales targets
  • Achieve or exceed defined volume and revenue targets at both national and market levels
  • Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline with a high conversion rate
  • Analyze client volume, gross profit, and performance data to optimize account strategies
