As a Logistics Sales Specialist, you’ll leverage your expertise to grow your portfolio in a highly competitive market while enjoying the freedom to make a significant impact on the company's success. You will have the opportunity to focus on General Freight (Van, Flatbed, Reefer), as well as additional solutions like LTL, Sprinter Vans, Box Trucks, Hazmat, and Over-Dimensional shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prospecting & Relationship Building: Proactively identify and connect with potential customers through calls, messages, and in-person visits to develop lasting business relationships.

· Negotiation & Deal-Making: Work directly with customers and carriers to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes and a profitable book of business.

· Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly goals, sales quotas, and growth expectations to contribute to the overall success of the team and the company.

· Market Awareness: Stay up to date on industry trends, market rates, load and truck capacities across the U.S., and competitive offerings.

· Collaborative Success: Work closely with the logistics team to drive growth, share insights, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Ideal Candidate:

· Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented: A passion for sales and a strong desire to drive new business opportunities in logistics and transportation.

· Experience: 2+ years of proven success in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales.

· Relationship Builder: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and carriers.

· Negotiation Expertise: Skilled at negotiating competitive freight rates and understanding lane analysis to drive profitability.

· Tech-Savvy & Organized: Strong computer skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and familiarity with freight management software.

· Self-Starter: Motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
