Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Sales Operations Specialist to lead our U.S.

ensure operational excellence, accurate inventory flow, and seamless sales execution.

Job Description

• 3PL & Warehouse Management: Oversee day-to-day 3PL warehouse operations,
including inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, and regular
stock reconciliations.
• Import / Export & Customs Clearance: Coordinate international shipments
(Air/Ocean) with freight forwarders and customs brokers; manage required trade
documentation (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, FDA entry records).
• Freight & Carrier Operations: Negotiate and manage relationships with
domestic/international carriers, optimize shipping routes, track deliveries, and
resolve transit delays or shipment claims.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze logistics performance, monitor freight costs,
and implement process improvements to enhance shipping speed, accuracy, and
cost-efficiency.
2. Sales Administration & Commercial Support
• Order Management & Processing: Manage end-to-end sales order entry, invoicing,
fulfillment tracking, and proof of delivery (POD) across DTC, wholesale, and retail
channels.
• Account & Customer Admin Support: Support account setup, vendor onboarding,
key customer inquiries, return requests (RMA), and sales document maintenance.
• Sales Data & ERP Operations: Maintain accurate master data, enter sales
contracts/orders into ERP systems, and generate regular sales performance and
inventory status reports.
• Cross-Functional & HQ Coordination: Collaborate closely with U.S. Sales/Marketing
teams and Korea Global HQ to align demand forecasting, product availability, and
order priority schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business
administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience handling both logistics operations and sales
administration/support; experience in beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics,
healthcare, or CPG is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required for communication with
Korea HQ and U.S.-based partners.
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, warehouse coordination, inventory
management, and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Familiarity with import/export processes, freight forwarding, customs
documentation, and international shipping.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage
multiple orders, shipments, and priorities simultaneously
