Manager, Customer Logistics (Customer Logistics Manager)

We are immediately hiring a Customer Logistics Manager in Tonawanda, NY for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Overview

As the Manager, Customer Logistics, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations within an assigned functional area, leading direct reports and achieving daily operational goals. You will be responsible for operations and account management, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
  • Day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
  • Health and safety management
  • Compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Compensation

  • Annual salary range: $63,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
