What are customer logistics?

Customer logistics refers to the planning, implementation, and management of the processes involved in delivering products or services from a company to its customers. Professionals in this field often work closely with supply chain, sales, and customer service teams to streamline operations and resolve any delivery issues.

What qualifications do I need for logistics?
