The Opportunity
We’re seeking a results-driven Logistics Sales Executive with a hunter mentality and established shipper relationships to expand our customer base.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who wants:

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales experience.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.

• Existing shipper relationships (a portable book of business is a strong plus).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Experience with a TMS and common office software.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with dry van, reefer, and flatbed OTR lanes.

• Knowledge of national and regional freight markets and pricing.
