Job description

About ITS Logistics

Are you ready to build a successful career in a trillion-dollar global industry? ITS Logistics, an Echo Global Company, is one of the fastest growing, exciting logistics companies in the United States, providing creative supply chain solutions to Fortune 500 companies. With unmatched agility, sense of urgency, and work ethic, ITS commits to a relentless pursuit of excellence and leading from the front to keep the world moving, every day.

This isn't just a job posting — it's an invitation to get in early on a role with real, fast-moving earning potential. Our top performers see their earnings accelerate quickly, often within their first couple of years. What makes us different is our focus on people and culture. We're offering a career that integrates into your life with a compensation structure designed to reward hustle from day one and scale quickly with your performance.

We need the best talent to continue to invest, grow, and win every day, and we're looking for people with the right mindset. When you join our herd, we invest in your personal and professional growth with paid training, giving you everything you need to master the supply chain industry and start capitalizing on your earning potential immediately. We empower you to seize every opportunity and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

About the Position

Logistics Sales Executives play a key role in managing transportation for customers in the ITS network. This position focuses on the procurement, management, service, and execution across multiple supply chains, ensuring goods move efficiently and reliably from origin to destination. Team members work closely with customers, carriers, and internal partners to deliver creative logistics solutions while maintaining service expectations.

Responsibilities include:

Capacity Procurement

  • Build relationships with carriers to secure transportation for customer shipments while monitoring deliveries and quickly resolving any issues that arise.
  • Negotiate rates with partnered carriers.
  • Screen and qualify carriers to ensure they meet ITS' standards for safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service.
  • Solve customer supply chain challenges in fast-paced environments.

Customer Service and Relationship Management

  • Maintain constant communication with customers to meet service expectations.
  • Build relationships with carriers to thoroughly execute on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and departments across the division to optimize all shipments in the ITS Network.

Transportation Management

  • Track all shipments consistently throughout transit to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
  • Provide real-time updates to customers on the location of their goods.
  • Ensure excellent data integrity in all systems.
  • Efficiently pair shipments across the network and multiple teams to minimize cost.

The Opportunity: Earn Fast, Scale Faster

This role is built for driven people who want their income to reflect their effort — not their tenure:

  • Year One: Competitive base salary plus uncapped incentive earnings that reward performance from day one.
  • Year Two and Beyond: As you build your book of business and carrier relationships, earning potential trends toward six figures and beyond — with no ceiling on what you can make.
  • Paid Training from Day One: You're earning while you learn — no unpaid ramp-up period standing between you and your first commission check.

Who We're Looking For: Honest. Adaptable. Committed.

At ITS, how you work matters as much as what you accomplish. We're looking for people who embody:

HONEST — Being direct and transparent in every situation because you care.

ADAPTABLE — Turning adversity into opportunity and thriving in change.

COMMITTED — Being all-in for yourself, your teammates, our clients, and winning every day.

About the Requirements

Experience

  • 0–8 years of professional experience preferred (entry-level position — we invest in your growth from day one).
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment.
  • Proficient with MS Office Products (Word and Excel).

Education

  • College degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales, supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred however not required.

Skills, Abilities & Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Ability to build relationships quickly with all different personalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Highly energetic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback to make long-term changes quickly.
  • Growth mindset — hungry to earn, learn, and advance quickly.
