Location: Commerce, Georgia (30529)

CINC Systems, LLC is looking for a full-time Lockbox Specialist to join its Commerce, Georgia team. The individual will be part of a team working to ensure exceptional customer service by accelerating the receipt and processing of lockbox payments.
Essential Duties
*Sort and open mail from various Post Office boxes
*Prepare batches for processing
*Operate imaging equipment to accurately capture and process payments
*Verify quality of scanned images and correctly key information from payments
*Balance lockbox transmissions
*Collect and distribute correspondence items received at the lockbox
*Pull exception items as indicated
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to review payments quickly and accurately. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior lockbox, accounts receivable, banking or data entry experience. Candidates must be skilled with 10-key, and familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Experience with lockbox extractor equipment is a plus.
