Lockbox Operations Managers oversee the processing of incoming payments (often checks) received through a lockbox service, which is a secure way for organizations to collect payments by having them sent directly to a bank. They are responsible for managing the team that handles payment processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the workflow.
